The transmission structure is installed on the fuselage, the cam on the crankshaft, the connecting rod installed on the fuselage that can slide up and down, the compression spring connected to one end of the connecting rod, the swing rod and the ejector rod; one end of the swing rod is movable with one end of the connecting rod The other end of the swing rod is connected to one end of the ejector rod, and the other end of the ejector rod is connected to the lower die punch through the top plate. In daily production and use, customers not only need to understand the performance and characteristics of the equipment, but also need to know some precautions for the installation and disassembly of precision punching machines, so as to facilitate maintenance for future problems.

Precautions for precision punch installation:

1. Check whether the accessories and vulnerable parts are complete according to the packing list of the precision punch press. At the same time, the punch should be placed in a dry place for three to four days to remove the moisture in the motor and electrical device. If necessary, use the instrument to measure, Check whether the electrical insulation is good and reliable.

2. Pour the foundation according to the foundation plan. After the foundation is solidified, place the 100-ton fixed-table punch on it securely. Use a spirit level to check the levelness of the 100-ton punch work surface. The deviation of each 1000 mm length should not be greater than 0.3 mm.

3. After correcting the level of the precision punch, install the anchor bolts, pour concrete into the square hole, and start the operation after the concrete is completely solidified.

4. After installation, use kerosene to clean the anti-rust grease on the surface of the equipment. Be careful not to damage the paint surface when cleaning. At the same time, clean the oil holes, oil passages and oil cups. Metal objects or emery cloth are not allowed to be used for cleaning. . Then you should check whether the ground wire is connected properly.

Punching machines and equipment are widely used in stamping and forming of electronics, communications, computers, household appliances, furniture, vehicles, hardware parts, etc. The design principle of the punch press is to convert circular motion into linear motion. Precautions for disassembly of precision punch:

1. The precision punch block needs to be placed at the bottom dead center. If it is placed at the top dead center, the slider will automatically move down after the brake spring force is reduced during the disassembly process of the clutch, which is easy to cause accidents.

2. Cut off all power and air sources, and confirm that the high-pressure air has been released.

3. According to the structure of the clutch of the precision punch press, the maintenance process is prepared with reference to the mechanical drawings, and then the maintenance is carried out.

4. During the disassembly process of the clutch, the release of the brake spring force should be considered and limited to protect the maintenance personnel.

5. The disassembly process should be recorded, and the worn parts should be replaced in time. It is not recommended to repair damaged parts, which may affect the braking performance or dynamic balance.

6. Carefully install the seal to prevent damage, and thread glue should be added to the thread during installation.
