Servo punches are mainly used in production lines such as drawing, blanking, bending, cold forging and imprinting, as well as try-out punches. Advantages of using servo presses in stamping production: 1. The reduction ratio of the reduction mechanism is adopted to increase the required speed of the motor and reduce the required torque of the motor. With the labor-saving linkage mechanism, the required power of the servo motor can be reduced to less than 40% of the direct drive type, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. 2. The use of labor-saving connecting rod can effectively amplify the torque input by the servo motor (input end) at the point where the capacity occurs, through the special connecting rod angle and structure, so as to meet the demand of the stamping (output end) torque. 3. The speed of the slider can be controlled and adjusted during the stroke, so the slider is controlled in the middle of the stamping section to make it stop, and the speed when it enters the sheet is reduced, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing noise. Usually, the noise reduction effect can be improved. up to about 10 decibels. In addition, it can reduce the impact when the slider enters the sheet, thereby prolonging the service life of the mold. 5. The stroke and speed of the slider can be adjusted arbitrarily. It can be programmed to set the forming action close to the bottom dead center as the slow speed, and the speed before the processing area and the separation after the forming is the fast movement. In this way, even if the speed of the processing area is slowed down to the ideal speed for forming, the production efficiency can be improved by about 1/3 compared to the past.
