First, the upper and lower clamping molds are released after they are pressed together:
When the upper and lower clamping blocks stop moving, please follow the following methods to disengage and use the clutch as a disengagement method.
1. Whether the position of the crankshaft is before or after the bottom dead center must be confirmed;
2. Adjust the air pressure of the clutch to 4--5, 5kg/cm2;
3. After the bottom dead center, the motor can follow the original forward rotation. If it is before the bottom dead center, the connection of the motor must be reversed to make the motor reverse;
4. Start the motor, drive the pulley to idle, and then rotate at full speed later;
5. Switch the operation switch to (inch) and then press and release the operation button switch. After several repeated operations, the slider will rise to the position of the upper starting point.
Second, the method of disengaging the overload safety protection device (limited oil pressure overload safety device):
1. Switch the stop valve in the piping of the overload device so that the oil pump cannot run;
2. Pull out the screw bolt of the oil circuit of the overload safety protection device in front of the slider to make the oil flow away, reduce the pressure inside, and then fix the screw bolt in place;
3. Start the motor to drive the pulley to idle, and run at full speed later;
4. Switch the operation switch to jog and then press and release the operation pressure switch. If the clutch cannot be operated, switch the overload switch to the reset position, and then repeatedly press and release the pressure switch to make the slider rise. to the position of the starting point;
5. After the upper and lower dies are hit and disengaged, open the stop valve switch of the piping in the overload device. The sequence is the same as the reset operation sequence of the overload safety device, and the normal operation can be carried out.
Three, hydraulic overload reset:
The machine is equipped with hydraulic overload safety device inside the slider, please indicate the switch on the operation panel to the normal position.
When the punch is overloaded, the oil in the hydraulic chamber is squeezed out of the overload and the safety protection state disappears. At the same time, the movement of the slider also automatically stops in an emergency.
At this time, please reset it in the order of the following points.
1. The operation switch is switched to the jog position, and the pressing switch is operated to make the slider rise to the upper starting point;
2. When the slider rises to the upper starting point, the overload safety protection device will recover after about one minute, and the oil pump will automatically stop;
3. After the test run by jog, the normal operation can be carried out.
